Do you have a minimum order value?
Absolutely not, we cater for any size order that you may require.
Do you supply one-off items?
Yes we supply one-off customised items, but please bear in mind that no quantity discounts for either the garment / item or customisation apply.
Can I choose how my garment / items are personalised?
We usually select the most appropriate process based on the garment / item and personalisation, but if you have a preference please let us know and we can see what we can do for you.
Can I customise my own goods?
We supply a wide variety of products however we may not have what you are looking for on our website, so please contact us to discuss your requirements by sending us an email to all.sewn.up@icloud.com
Do you send overseas?
No, unfortunately we don’t offer this mailing service at this present time.
Why is there a design charge for custom designs more than once?
Embroidery is computer controlled and each design needs to be converted into a format that can be read by our embroidery machines. This means producing instructions for every needle entry point of an embroidered design. Each logo / design that is converted to an embroidery design needs to be digitally recreated into an embroidery file, which we save on our systems. This means you will incur the creation fee only the first time you use the design (unless the design changes size)
Which artwork format is best for me to supply for my design?
We can accept the following file formats: JPEG, PDF & PNG. When supplying your artwork / design please specify any CMYK or Pantone-matched colours you would like to use.
Can you embroider my logo / design on my garments in different sizes?
Yes we can do that for you but for each different logo / design size you would like reproduced we would need to make a separate file, for which there may be a charge.
Can I be invoiced for my order instead of paying up front?
As a standard policy we ask for payment of the full invoice amount before garments can be customised. On bespoke orders we can show you a mockup of your item to check and sign off before proceeding to embroider.
